Luke - I have my costume.
Me - Your costume? For what?
Luke - For Halloween, for trick or treating.
Me - Buddy, it's not halloween, it's not time to go trick or treating. And, don't you want to wear a boy costume? Like Diego or spiderman?
Luke - I want to be Boots(the monkey from Dora the Explorer)
I'm thinking, thank goodness he didn't say Dora.

Luke is Hilarious--it's been fun to get to know him a little bit better this past week at Joy School. He is a tender soul. He'll make a mighty cute monkey!
