duck, duck, goose

and then a turkey and chicken egg too.

We were given these fresh eggs from my grandmother. We were told to bake with the duck eggs and that the goose and turkey egg woud taste like the chicken egg. I'll let you know the verdict after I make them for my kids. I have never liked or eaten eggs, so it's not like I'm experimenting with my kids. Amara can't wait for me to cook them for her, and I think Luke and Liam will just follow her lead. The kids would love for us to move to the "country" so that we could have our own chickens, cows, pigs, and other animals that require lots of  maitenance. Who knows, maybe one day,,,
