First Grade

It's hard to believe my first baby is in first grade. She was so little for so long. School has a way of maturing children and putting them very much into the world. I'm so thankful we have the gospel and for the guidance and tools it provides to us as parents to help our children navigate life. Amara has such a strong spirit and I love watching her grow everyday. She was nervous this year to start school, but we went to the school early and met her teacher and we were able to meet some new friends in her class. She has had a great first couple of days. I know she is going to have another great school year.
